Chef yells at customers
Please save your money. They make you pay for any type of refill, including soda and tea. The chef screamed at my husband when he called to make a reservation for giving him a bad review. The service is horrible and management is worse.

I found this place on TikTok and it did not disappoint. I came here with my cousin on a random weekday and this place was fairly empty. Some of our favorite appetizers include pork belly skewers, miso soup, agedashi tofu, and the baked green mussels. After reading some of the reviews, we decided to only do nigiri for the dinner. Definitely get the seared pepper tuna, butter papriak salmon, cajun butter salmon, uni, hotate, sake, maguro and the hamachi. The speciality salmon pieces were amazing. Tender cuts that were just so buttery delicious. The scallops here are also a must order. I'd get the scallop handroll or nigiri as well Service here was also a huge plus. The place started to get crowded and our server and the chefs were very quick to get us our food. Average wait time of 5 minutes per round. I'd recommend looking over the sushi roll menu and asking the server about the most popular ones. Its a list of over +20 rolls so it can be overwhelming. We had a great time here. Its pretty far from the strip, but the salmon that they serve here makes its worth the drive.

Very accommodating restaurant when it comes to substituting ingredients. The fish's temperature was inconsistent, nice temperature on the ends and the center was almost frozen.
This was my second time in and we left feeling very bloated an gassy. This was not from over indulging, but from something we ate.
Maybe a while before I try it again.
return trip
ate there in july, returned this time. had all you can eat dinner: not a miss in anything i had! reservations a MUST: small place to begin with, and NV restrictions reduced capacity to 7 tables. made mine couple weeks ago for 4 pm on saturday, and a 4:30 all tables were filled

A good selection of maki and nigiri. Also got a portion of uni. Appetizers were included in the AYCE price of 25.95. For an additional 7 bucks I got the all you can drink Sapporo. Salmon nigiri was buttery smooth and quite flavorful. Overall very good sushi. I will return.
Be the first to ReplyOk but i would not recommend
Went there for lunch. Two people were acting as order takers/servers. Not really enthused with taking care of customers. Happened to look under table when I dropped a napkin. Needs cleaning. Food was ok but nothing special.

We have been searching for a new sushi place ever since our previous go-to changed ownership and went downhill. We went here based on the reviews. It did not disappoint! The fish was very fresh and were large portions. They never got smaller as the time passed on AYCE. We ate so much that we had to take a walk before we could get in the car! I would have taken a photo of our food, but I was way too busy eating it. The service was spot on. We never waited long for food and the server was very nice and attentive. We have found our new sushi place!

Went in for AYCE lunch on Sunday. Price is set for lunch and dinner at $25.95pp on Sundays.
We came here purely on the reviews of another site. I find it interesting because usually the reviews are pretty accurate for my tastes in food. Disappointingly, this was not the case for Sasa Sushi. If you are in anyway a sushi lover, and have not been here, I would steer clear.
Since we have never been here before, we ordered very small for our first round (little did I know that would be our last round.) We ordered salmon, tuna, cajun albacore nigiri, a few rolls, a few hand rolls, and a few items from the appetizers. The rice itself was a little too mushy for me. On the rolls, there was a bit more rice than I'm used to. On the nigiri, the rice portion was perfect (small.) On the nigiri, the fish portion was huge! That would have been a good thing if the fish was perfect. Unfortunately, the fish was horrible. The fish itself tasted ok, but the cuts were across the grain and included a few bones/cartilage. Not the best parts of the fish. The apps were ok, nothing to brag about. Same with the hand rolls, meh at best. Needless to say, round one was all we wanted, and we left hungry.
The service by Sophia was great...friendly and attentive (hence the one star.)
Will not be returning and would not recommend as Las Vegas has an abundant sushi spots.
New Local Favorite
This place is 2 minutes from where my teenager takes saxophone lessons and after one visit we know we'll be back. For us the all you can eat isn't worth it ( we get too full), but every bite we had was delicious!
Be the first to ReplyBest All you can EAT sushi!
Our family friend that lives in Summerlin recommend Sasa Sushi to us. We already had Mother's Day brunch reservation but when he brought it up to us few days before Mother's Day we changed our plans to try Sasa. We were so happy with the service, food and price! All you can eat for only $24.99, from sashimi, baked sushi, hand rolls, rolls, appetizer, salad. Grilled stuff and even dessert. We were glad we went and tried it. We will definitely going back.

A little hard to find but worth the search. Off the beaten path on Cheyenne and Buffalo. Great fresh sushi artistically presented and delectable. Bank Roll, SSS, and Sasa roll are all superb. Pokey salad is a great mixture of sashimi and seaweed, I order mine spicy. Order a la carte or choose the all you can eat option. Never fails to satisfy. Definitely a 'must go to'.
Ok place
I've been eating here off & on for years (actually before it was Sasa) & although I like it, some things are a little hit or miss.
Service tends to be really on point which is nice.
Seems like the nigiri used to be better.... was definitely thicker cut in the past.
Definitely recommend the "Dynamite" dish they have. Been very good for a long time. Scallops, mushrooms, & onion served hot in a awesome sauce.
Last visit we were served muscles that were inedible though. Fishy, tough, & just off tasting.
All in all it's a decent sushi place, especially given the prices however, sometimes you might get a dud.
