Excellent dinner for an evening with friends. Nice place both inside and out. We started with the veal tuna which completely satisfied us: the meat melted in the mouth and the sauce was very balanced and right. We continued with the ravioli del plin in which perhaps I noticed a little too much butter for my personal taste, but still it is worth taking them. Finally recommended by the waitress we opted for a delicious cut off the menu. Very tasty and tender meat to the point of melting in the mouth. Good service.

Enticed, like surely others before us, by an episode dedicated to the city of Turin of the channel "What we eat today", we decide to rely on this beautiful place, to try, for the first time, the traditional dishes of the city. The menu offers both the classic and the creative and, for this first experience, we could only lean towards the first option, reserving the experimentation for the next occasion, which will certainly be in the future. We decided to start with a piece of Piedmontese Fassona meat, a veal with tuna sauce and a selection of French cheeses. The joke had the most pleasant texture ever tried and a consistency that was clearly present in the mouth; the seasoning, perhaps, slightly covered the sweetness of the meat but the dish, as a whole, was enjoyable and encouraged tasting; the veal with tuna was perfect. Excellent cooking, melting consistency, with a truly incredible sauce, almost foamy, tasty and never intrusive, the maximum expression of that dish. Finally, the cheeses are of the highest quality, aromatic, round in taste, with an incredible Roquefort, not at all spicy but rich in pleasantly intense herbaceous hints. We continued with a portion, for two, of ravioli del Plin, a preparation that left us truly amazed... Every single ravioli was so rich in flavor that it shocked the palate, both for the filling and for the butter cream made perfection, silky, well tied...A dish to always have. As a second course, also in this case divided into two, we opted for the braised cheek, accompanied by mashed potatoes and the cooking juices of the meat... What can I say, this too was perfect. Melting beyond belief, light, tasty but not cloying...And an equally excellent puree, the right accompaniment for a dish whose protagonist is, without a doubt, meat. To conclude everything, a bonet (and another portion of veal with tuna). Excellent dessert, particular consistency, balanced flavour, not at all sweet taste and light hint of amaretti; not very liqueur but all in all it can be done. Applause for the bread made with sourdough, very recognizable by its slightly acidic scent that recalls the bite and which, accompanied by an excellent oil, is the perfect companion for the entire meal. The service was excellent, kind, calm, almost companionable too, delicate and never intrusive. Congratulations indeed, for everything.

Perfect location... the interior of the place is gorgeous, the delicatessen counter is eye-catching with all the cheeses they offer. Excellent service, the dining room staff always attentive to requests, and for each dish they illustrated how it was prepared. We opted for all the traditional dishes. Sublime veal with tuna... it melted in your mouth... perfect cooking of the veal and perfectly balanced tuna sauce. As appetizers also the selection of anchovies with piri piri sauce... PERFECT! As first courses: Agnolotti del Plin with 3 roasts and Tajarin with ragù... Just one comment: the angles were superlative... the perfect filling and its creaming with butter and cheese made them a perfect single dish. For wine we were accompanied by an excellent Nebbiolo d'Alba from the Santa Rosalia vineyard. Closing with an excellent dessert. Exact price for the quality of the products! Absolutely worth trying to taste the real Turin cuisine!

An excellent Piedmontese lunch, exceptional in everything, from starters to desserts. If I really had to make a note, I would improve the presentation of the cheese plate, perhaps adding some jam to match.

Inspired by the positive reviews of 2 YouTubers, I went to this restaurant for dinner. So I can't say anything about the quality of the food but in my opinion the prices are too high for the portions. go out while you're still hungry. The menu is not very typical of the area but I don't understand why the Culurgiones which are Sardinian and not bagna cauda were included in the menu. There's no need to mention the truffle, but the season was probably over, and the agnolotti del plin are not served with roast sauce but seasoned with butter. well.. I forgot little tables....

A two-day immersion in the good gastronomy of Turin. Evening dinner and lunch the following day before taking the train back after having participated in the Book Fair as every year. The service was kind and appropriate. The enthusiasm with which the choice of wine was recommended to us after careful and accurate analysis of the customer was commendable. Excellent food in quality (battue) and workmanship (stuffed pasta and tajarin). Returning at least once a year is good for the spirit.

The place is very characteristic, the staff is young and welcoming. My husband and I opted for the tasting menu: fully satisfied with the choice! The quantities are right, the raw materials are excellent, the flavors are simple and strong, the cost is proportionate. What else to say? Well done!

As a vegetarian I knew I would have little choice in this restaurant, but I decided to come with a friend who was in Turin for the first time. However, I had high expectations and hoped that by ordering "4 pieces of cheese" I would receive something more elaborate in terms of plating and quantity, perhaps an accompaniment of local jams or honeys, a few pieces of dried fruit. In short, something more refined. I was quite disappointed. The side dish was also very good, but in my opinion a little too expensive given the portion. Simply spectacular beetroot tartare. For the rest, everything was perfect, a welcoming place and attentive, friendly service.

We went for dinner as a couple and had a great time. Beautiful location... We took the veal with tuna sauce, the raw meat, the tagliolini with sausage and leeks, all very good. For desserts (all made by them) we chose ice cream and babà with cream. We also asked to have a small taste of eggnog and we were satisfied. Perhaps some desserts are a little expensive but it must be underlined, they are definitely good! Congratulations also to the service...in short, absolutely recommended!

Having arrived here thanks to good advice, we found high quality cuisine, with a goodness in every single course that is difficult to forget. The traditional tasting menu, with 5 courses, is an excellent journey into Turin cuisine and each dish is characterized by a precise and well-calibrated taste. Although the place is very large, with many tables, the atmosphere is pleasant and the slightly vintage musical background is accompanied by a professional but not too formal service. The bill is not excessive, it is under €90 for two. Excellent experience, to be recommended again and again.

Scannabue lies in a lovely Square, the building and the interior are Piemontese Art Deco. The food is more than excellent, beautifully cooked like a work of art. I loved the anchiovy antipasto; the vitello tonnato is also a MUST as an antipasto. Pasta and meat dishes are delicious. The vibes are also nice with a mixed clientele of young and less young.

High quality Italian restaurant. Friendly and efficient service. Exceptional value for money. I recommend the traditional menu at 35 euros which will offer you a range of flavors from Piedmont. An opportunity to taste the famous wines of Piedmont, Barolo, Barbera, Brunello di Montalcino and the Arneis grape variety for white lovers. Finally, the Largo Saluzzo offers all the charms of an Italian piazza in the summer.

Good Piedmontese cuisine (with not very large portions); there were 7 of us so we tasted different dishes The veal with tuna sauce, the plin and also the braised cheek are very good. The colurjones are very good, a Sardinian dish in reality, but very well cooked. A slightly negative note is that the place is always very crowded so it's definitely cramped inside

We had dinner in this restaurant recommended to us by a friend and we were pleasantly surprised: the dishes were perfect, balanced, the right quantity, excellent quality (in particular the braised cheek, you almost didn't need to chew!). Price in line with the quality of the products. Attentive and courteous staff, in particular a note of merit for Flavio, a professional, helpful and friendly waiter! Overall we can define ourselves as fully satisfied! We will definitely return and will happily recommend it.
