Expensive, so-so
Fries are tasty, burgers are OK but soggy. All in all, a hefty price tag. Better to have an in and out burger.

Surprisingly budget-friendly and fun. We actually ate here twice on a recent visit, solely because it was easy to get to from our hotel, reasonably priced, and clean. I do wonder about the 'tip' option at check out. I'm not sure screaming my name from the pick up window qualifies as 'service'. But overall, a tasty and budget-friendly option.

I have been wanting to try shake Shack for some time and I got my chance while rising LV in December. The lines were long but were handled in an orderly manner. I can see by the numbers of cash registers that they get crazy busy at times. One of us had a classic burger and I had a special slice burger and shared fries. They were both ok-nothing special. Both were cooked to death and overly salty. And my spicy burger was very messy and not spicy at all. The fries were OK. The shake was good-but overall we won't be back. Just OK.
Be the first to ReplyShould have gone to BK for a whopper.
Trusted the TA reviews but was very disappointed. The burger wasn't as good as a BK whopper but cost over 2x as much and was smaller. The fries were average refrozen crinkle cut but the shake was good. Cashier was friendly but perhaps that was to butter me up for the cyber tip. Cost was $25 + tip. Rip off and at BK there isn't the dreaded tip surcharge. I won't go back.

Shake Shack is a good place to grab a burger, fries and drink for a reasonable price, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Shake Shack is part of the New York New York Hotel, you just go outside of the hotel to find the entrance.

Great Burgers and Delicious French Fried! Mushroom Burger, Delicious too! Staff Great! Service Fast!
Be the first to ReplyRedeemed Shake Shack for Me
This was my second time visiting a Shake Shack, and I'll say my experience helped redeem me for the brand. I came very hungry after a day of walking at the convention center. Staff was friendly and efficient. The food itself was very tasty. While it was just a fast food burger, it was one of the better meals I had on my trip.
Be the first to ReplyNot very good.
Visited here, while on a trip to Vegas, because we have a Shake Shack in our hometown and thought we’d try it out. Given the many good reviews, perhaps we just visit it on an off day, but the staff weren’t very friendly and the hotdogs were, quite frankly, poor. Had to wait ages for them, and they were literally just a sausage in a bun…nothing else, no sides or options to add to them in the same way as burgers. Cheesy fries just got a couple of little splats of cheese sauce, so we had to resort to getting an extra couple of packs of ketchup to at least make it look like it was worth eating. All in all, we all wish we hadn’t bothered, and had gone to the Italian place in the MGM instead.
Be the first to ReplyA Satisfying Bite of NYC at Shake Shack, NYNY Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas
During my recent visit to the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, I couldn't resist checking out the Shake Shack located at NYNY Hotel & Casino The atmosphere at Shake Shack is buzzing with energy, reflecting the lively spirit of both Las Vegas and New York City. The menu features a selection of classic burgers, hot dogs, shakes, and crinkle-cut fries that made my mouth water from the moment I stepped in. The standout feature here is undoubtedly the burgers. The ShackBurger I ordered was a savory masterpiece – the Angus beef patty was cooked to perfection, and the combination of lettuce, tomato, cheese, and the signature ShackSauce created a burst of flavors in every bite. The potato buns were soft yet sturdy enough to hold all the deliciousness together. The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The outdoor seating area provides a great spot to people-watch while enjoying your meal. The Bad: Although the food was top-notch, the line to place orders can get quite long, especially during peak dining hours. It's a testament to Shake Shack's popularity, but it might require a bit of patience. Tips and Recommendations: Beat the Rush: If you can, visit during off-peak hours to avoid long lines and secure a prime spot for people-watching.

Went with the family to Shake Shack located near the New York New York on the Strip. It was our first time going to Shake Shack. The food was excellent! You could taste how fresh the hamburgers were. My little one had chicken nuggets and he gave it a thumbs up. The crinkle fries were OK, crispy not soggy. The Shake Shack sauce was nothing special. Would definitely recommend for familes or individuals.

First visit and we weren't disappointed. Burgers and fries were tasty and appropriately sized. Service was quick and plenty of seats available. Good value for the cost! Loved the shakes!

This place is incredible. Had a double Shack burger and fries. Expensive but worth every penny. Crispy smash burger with perfectly melted cheese. Everything was so fresh and cooked to perfection. I will be coming back here every time I visit Vegas!
Be the first to ReplySuch great burgers, and reasonably priced
Everything they serve here is super tasty, consistent, and well priced. It's one of the cheaper options on the strip, which is nice because everything is getting so expensive. Kind of a cross between a fast food restaurant and a traditional sit-down. It's a must every time I come to Vegas.

Prices are a bit high for what you get but food quality if great. Everyone in our family of 5 loved the food and options available. People taking orders were very friendly, people handing out the food not so much.
Be the first to ReplySlider size burgers
Ordered the 'Shroom burger' for $8.99 and disappointed when I got it and it was the size of what I would describe as a large slider. One burger (slider) for this price. Otherwise, the sandwich itself was fresh and good, just not much of it. I believe all the burgers come in this size.

We stopped here late at night and it was still pretty busy. I had a hotdog with cheese, they forgot the onions and my wife had the chicken shack. It was all good and the service was ok except they forgot my onions on the hotdog. I'll go back to try a burger.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and great location!
The Shake Shack on the Las Vegas Strip is a great place to visit before an event at the T-Mobile Arena!! It is so close and the food is very good. On Vegas Golden Knights game nights, everyone is dressed up in their fan gear and the place is hopping, but the burgers and shakes still come out quickly and hot! I would definitely recommend Shake Shack!

Hamburger was actually very good, my top bun was cold and the crinkle fries not special at all. Overall just an average meal.

Shake shack has good burgers and fries! I was disappointed that they ran out of chocolate Custard so I couldn't get the chocolate peppermint shake! Otherwise everything was good!
Be the first to ReplyGreat as always!
Shake shack is the best burger/fries/milkshake fast food place! We love it! This location was quick, friendly, and clean. Definitely recommend!!

Best stop for a quick burger and fries when on the strip. Seasoned to perfection , a bit like homemade. Wish we had one close to home, will definitely return.

Had a great chocolate shake and French fries.service was organized but slow. Rest rooms had no toilet paper. Tables were not clean. Good thing had my own lysol wipes.

Visited for a quick lunch before we left to go home. I would say it's no different than a Five Guys. I think In-And-Out is better and friendlier. The staff here was fine, but you could tell they were annoyed when we were asking questions about their limited menu. We also didn't get our order made correctly even though we were charged for it.

Look, I always love shake shack and it's always one of my favorite meals (we don't have one near my house). This time did not disappoint!

Not crazy about the chicken but the treats were yummy. Rootbeer float was very good. Bacon and cheese fries were average.
