Cool Place for Teens
This is a great place for teens and young adults. The music is LOUD but fun! The drinks are super sugary but cool looking. I actually enjoy my Asian wonton salad. GREAT service by our waiter from Georgia!!

We went to sugar rush in the fashion mall Vegas strip. We were able to get a table at the bar as we came at 1045 pm on Monday night. That got us right up. Andrea was the bar manager and he made us some great drinks. Was so friendly. And Jonathon was great working the bar also. Drinks were so good that it made the food taste just as great. We had a blast with a great view. Food came quick and was perfect for that late night time to chill and enjoy. It may say the location is closed but it is not. Go and try them late night this week and tell Andrea that we appreciated his great bar work on Monday for a couple who was out going to national parks from ohio looking and getting the perfect night cap for the night.

I was the host of a party of 7 to Vegas for a bachelorette weekend. I made reservations 2 months in advance. We arrived 10 minutes before our 11 am reservation for brunch. We were promptly greeted and seated. The waitress came over took our orders, told us she did NOT recommend the chicken and waffles as the chicken was not that great. 20 minutes later the table next to us food arrives and we see breakfast food, eggs, biscuits, etc... we ask another waitress as we hadn't seen in the 20 minutes if we missed something on the menu as we came for brunch but only saw sandwiches, burgers and lunch/dinner items on our menus. We were told there were two menus and we werent' given the other one. We asked for it, and sure enough many more breakfast options on that one! At this time our waitress came back with only half of our tables drink orders AFTER 30 minutes while others around us who arrived AFTER us were served their nice smokey drinks. Also, when she did come back, several of us had water cups empty and she did not bother to refill them, meanwhile tables around us were getting their water glasses refilled. We asked her why we were not given the second menu and informed her that several of the ladies wanted to change their order as we did not have all options. She ROLLED her eyes and asked who wanted to change their orders. MAJOR attitude she gave us. Never apologized. A few minutes later ALL the orders and the appetizer came out. I instructed her to bring appetizer out BEFORE the meals but that didnt' happen. So the food arrives and several ladies tell the server (not the waitress as she was walking around avoiding our table at that point) to take their plates back as they re-ordered. He did so, well we were never given silverware to eat with. 10 minutes after our food arrived, STILL no silverware or plates for us to share the appetizers. I called over a "manager" to explain our experience thus far. She aplogized and here comes our waitress standing next to her asking what was the problem. 1. Half our table STILL does not have drinks. 2. We need our waters refilled. 3. We were not given the full menu. 4. We have not silverware. 5. Our appetizer came out with food. The waitress replies by saying "well, I have the water right here, I was on my way" and she also asked "what drinks are missing, can you tell me your drink orders again". SHE NEVER WROTE IT DOWN!! What does the "manager" do...she comes back with a couple drinks and says here are the drinks you ordered and the waitress says "No, those are not theres, they belong to that table." It was a table who was seated almost 30 minutes AFTER us and you can remember those are NOT our drinks but you don't remember what our drinks were. The manager says okay, and proceeds to bring the drinks to the other table. I was DONE at that point and asked for a supervisor. After that we NEVER saw our waitress again at our table at least. She asked another very nice waitor to wait on us, his name was Nick and he was perfect. Refilled our waters and got us silverware and was very attentive. The supervisor eventually came over and I explained out entire experience up to that point. She apologized and made sure all our orders were correct. Several of the ladies had completely lost their appetite and cancelled their orders completely. Our new waitor Nick had to come back to our table to sort out all the orders of who had what and what was sent back and re-ordered. It was a mess and the previous waitress did not attempt to help, we saw her motion to him shrugging her shoulders as if to say i don't know ask them yourself. Well the ONLY thing that saved this experience was the fact that Nick was super nice and the supervisor gave us each 50% off our meal, which was very generous. The waitress herself NEVER came back to our table, never apologized. I doubt I'll be visiting any of their locations in the future.

I tried their signature burger and strawberry milkshake. The burger was good, but really messy. The milkshake was really good and filling. The atmosphere is really cool and modern. We were there when they celebrated someone’s birthday and another couple’s anniversary. In both occasions they dropped the lights and changed the music to reflect the occasion. It was really cool to see. This place does get busy quick, so I recommend getting a reservation.
Be the first to ReplyGood drinks and food. Lackluster service.
We visited the Sugar Factory on April 6th for our lunch. The drinks were pretty tasty and a fun experience. We both had burgers and fries. My husband had a regular burger and I had the bleu cheese one. We asked for pink but got well. It was still juicy so that didn't bother us. What did bother us was that once we got our food absolutely nobody came back to check if we needed anything else. So we ate with no napkins ( the burgers were messy) and didn't get any water refills. After we finished we waited for our check. The waiter from the other table did bring us a small box but then we sat waiting some more. I ended up going inside as we were on the patio to find our waitress. I asked another employee if they could get her for us. 20 min later she finally showed up. For the $100 price tag on lunch I would say you're better off going elsewhere if you are looking for good service.

The food was pretty good and the service was good but the drinks were weak. I had a couple of their specialty drinks and my friend some mimosas and we couldn't even taste the alcohol. better off drinking water or juice.

I've read many nasty reviews this place was awesome and our server was amazing. The prices for drinks are high but they are the high light of the dining experience. I had a coupon after trying this place I would go for a special occasion even without one. Next trip to Vegas, the $99 Sundae. The $20 milkshake is worth every penny.
Be the first to ReplyExceeds expectations given the focus
Born out of Las Vegas and now a global enterprise built on gigantic bubbling Goblets, fun Food and celebrity-spotting, it would be impossible to say Sugar Factory is not one of the most successful concepts to ever spawn from Sin City, owner Charissa Davidovici somehow managing to turn $30 Lollipops into high-fashion frequently spotlighted in Social Media feeds of everyone from Drake and Nick Cannon to a disproportionate number of Jenners and Kardashians.
Originally launched in 2010 where HeXx now resides, a second location at Town Square also opened and shuttered in the interim, Sugar Factory American Brasserie now resides at Fashion Show Mall, a visit on Saturday night showing staff and ownership taking COVID-19 quite serious from queuing to temperature checks and plenty of PPE.
Still an eye-catching space despite acrylic dividers, separate entrance and exit creating good flow through a room currently operating at half-capacity, it was seated next to a disco-ball duck that four guests were greeted by a hard-working masked Waitress, all while a mix of pop and rap played overhead at about eighty decibels.
Without doubt a grand spectacle, the sweet theme dominating a generally “American” bill of Fare, it was after some Q&A that dinner started with Cocktails, three boozy and one virgin all poured tableside with a smoke-show of Dry Ice eventually yielding Fruit-forward flavors that likely won’t amuse purists but work perfectly well in terms of Sugar Factory’s target audience.
Making a low ceilinged first-floor look much bigger by way of crystal chandeliers and a lot of mirrors, the glass doors looking out towards Wynn and an open patio enough to keep the inside feeling secluded yet still accessible, it was after perhaps twenty minutes that savory round-one arrived, these first four plates featuring two fresh Salads including one topped with Ora King Salmon and dueling kid-friendly platters including a sampler of Wings, Fingers and Onion Rings plus Sliders that have improved a great deal since last visit despite their admittedly ridiculous Rainbow Buns.
Particularly amused by the platter’s Mac & Cheese Pops, while “Chinese Chicken Salad” proves every bit on par with Wolfgang Puck’s famous version at Chinois, it was at this point that lights dimmed for the first of six times, a nearby birthday receiving the $99 King Kong Sundae topped in a dazzling sparkler while this writer and crew sipped three “Insane Milkshakes” including the Caramel Sugar Daddy placing a wedge of Cheesecake on top of the Chocolate and Graham Cracker-coated mug filled with flavors similar to its namesake Candy and a texture similar to Cannoli filling.
Taking time with the Milkshakes, though no amount of effort will completely avoid sticky hands, both “Campfire S’mores” and “Cookie Monster Make a Wish” up the ante on good Ice Cream by way of bakery-fresh accoutrements, the blue-frosted Donut and Cupcake performing better than necessary while a Brownie at the base of stacked Graham Crackers, Marshmallows and Hershey’s was rich enough to be served as Dessert by itself.
Onward to Entrees, “The Big Cheesy” putting a thick patty of Grass Fed Angus cooked medium-rare beneath crispy Bacon, house BBQ Sauce and a big scoop of Mac n’ Cheese, suffice it to say that Fettuccine Alfredo exceeded expectations while Chicken and Waffles has improved tremendously since 2017 – to the point where price, portion and flavor all outperform HeXx as well as Yardbird.
Going all-in during a year full of challenges, and happy to see guests of all-ages smiling inside a Restaurant that predates #instagram for Food doubling as a photo-op, it was 7:00pm when lights dimmed for the night’s fireworks finale, the impossibility of four guests consuming 24 Scoops of Ice Cream obvious though that certainly does not mean it wasn’t fun trying.
FOUR AND A HALF STARS: Judged for what it is, a celebratory spectacle that has never pretended to be a “serious” Restaurant, Sugar Factory currently hits all the marks for experience and customer safety while Ingredients such as Ora King Salmon and USDA Prime Beef suggest ownership actually cares about the Food, even when the plating is clearly built for Social Media.
TERRIBLE EVENT PLANNING - Don’t use them!
We booked the reception for our destination wedding for May 23, 2020 at this location back in January. It was literally a dream, the options they gave us for food and drinks and the scenery were perfect for us! Flash forward to today, 18 days from our scheduled wedding. Due to the pandemic we have been forced to cancel the wedding a month ago. We cannot reach our party coordinator and I can’t find another soul within the company to help us resolve this. We were told 3 weeks ago that ownership was trying to figure out how to refund. It’s so disheartening to not only have to cancel our dream wedding, but to be treated like this by an “event coordinator” is unbelievable to me. Hoping this review prompts someone to contact me who can help. I’ll gladly then take it down or update it accordingly. Until then, DO NOT PLAN ANY EVENTS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The food was good and plentiful. everyone had burgers and they were delicious. kids loved the colorful sliders. Our waitress was nice. we were floored that soda was $6 a glass so do be aware. If you eat first you also get a discount in their retail store.
Be the first to ReplyFabulous food, but....
The bacon blue cheeseburger was amazing! Shoe string fries, also very good. But the service.
First, there are 3 entrances, in which They're is no signage telling you were to go to get a seat, people running everywhere, but completely unorganized. Watched several parties get mad and leave. Our server was not around, and hard to track down.
