Was craving ramen after watching a special on Japan so after working out, we ordered lunch. I thought only take out and delivery was available so I ordered to go using their online service. I decided on the Nagasaki seafood ramen which is regular noodles in a seafood and pork broth with mussels, half an egg, bean sprouts, Bok Choy, shrimp, bamboo, naruto, green onion, pickled ginger, corn, Brussels sprouts and nori. He decided on a vegi miso ramen which is regular noodles in a miso vegetable broth with tofu, half an egg, Bean sprouts, Bok choy, broccoli, green onion, corn, pickled ginger, steamed carrots, nori and bamboo. The noodles are yellow egg noodles which I like. We were stuck in a traffic jam caused by an accident so I was worried that the noodles would be limp and soggy by the time we got there. But I needn’t had worried, they had the noodles separate from the soup and the containers were sturdy. It’s a big serving and the soups were deliciously seasoned. Tasty and the seafood in my dish was well cooked. Not rubbery and chewy. I did add tofu. I couldn’t tell what was what but I can tell you the ramen was yummy and hit the spot. The corn I could have done without. I didn’t think it added anything to the dish. And they have dine in available so next time I’ll eat in.
