Bazaar is the newest Jose Andres restaurant to open, and we came here for breakfast on a weekend. I've had mixed experiences with Jose's restaurants in the past, with some hits but also some misses. I think The Bazaar is somewhere in between. To start off, the inside was incredible-- this was honestly one of our main reasons for wanting to come. It's in the Waldorf, and the inside is beautiful and spacious and elegant. The food was overall very tasty but also quite expensive. I shared the patatas bravas, French toast, and fruit parfait with some friends. I would definitely get the potatoes again-- perfectly crispy with spicy tomato sauce. The yogurt parfait surprised me and it ended up being my favorite thing from the menu! The yogurt was perfectly light and creamy, and the granola and fruit complimented it perfectly. The cappuccino was okay, nothing special, but it did cost $7. Also, we were asked if we wanted still or sparkling water and we requested still (assuming it would be tap water). This might've been our fault for assuming, but we didn't realize that we had spent $36 on three bottles of water until the check came out.
