Great food, and using their application on cell phones is so easy. You can order, make the changes you want and pay online. Then just walk in and get your food or have them bring it to your car.

I decided to go healthier and get the lettuce wrap instead of with bread. There was an insane amount of lettuce given to me! It was way too much and I had to take off at least half of it in order to just taste my patty. The burger itself was okay. Good enough if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way in order to get one. The jalapenos and the banana peppers looked absolutely disgusting and you could tell they've been sitting there for a very long time. Not fresh at all.

Santa Barbara char is the best burger on earth. Decent portions, decent prices, easy ordering experience on the app. Dining in feels more like a fast food place than it should honestly, but the food is quality.

I have been receiving e-mails with offers of free food items from The Habit-SCAM!!!! I tried to use the free offer and what a nightmare!!! You are on a line trying to navigate the coupon- ridiculous. You need the app, then the app sends you code and the code is challenging to pull up, meanwhile , the line begins to get backed up...the employee could care less. I tried for several minutes and finally gave up! They just want to get you in there so you bail and just buy something- no, not going to happen. I just went to In and Out where they are honest and transparent. You did not get my $$$ at The Habit!

Went around 10:30 am so not too long after they opened at 10 am. Walked in and there was one cook but no other employees in sight. I waited a couple minutes and then asked the cook if anyone was going to help me. He said someone would be right out. So I place my order for a BBQ char burger, garlic parmesan fries, a fountain drink and I had a coupon for free 5 piece chicken bites! Total was like $18. I sat down at a booth and noticed that there were crumbs on the seat. They just opened so that was a little disappointing. Food was ready pretty quickly but my chicken bites weren't on the tray so I had to tell the guy and he said he would bring them out to me. The burger was decent but not enough BBQ sauce for me and the single patty seemed pretty small. The fries were also decent and the chicken bites were nice and hot and pretty good. I think 3 stars are deserved for this visit.

My friend and I decided spur of the moment to get a burger and we both agreed we always get a good burger at The Habit. Service is fast and friendly whether you choose to order from the kiosk or from the cashier. It wasn't too busy so we found a quiet table outside on a lovely, sunny day. I ordered a charburger with onion rings and my friend got a double charburger with Parmesan garlic fries. The fries had a delicious garlic flavor and some cheese flakes. I am always very pleased with my onion rings and ranch. We noticed someone got burgers with sourdough bread. Next time!
Today was my first visit to a Habit Burger.
The order kiosk was very confusing. After ordering the original burger, fries, and drink and finally figuring out how to make a few additions (mustard and ketchup) the burger arrived without mustard or ketchup after about a 20 minute wait. Very few people were in the restaurant when we ordered. When we went to fix our drinks there was no ice. The girl at the counter filled our cups from the ice for drive-thru costumers. After a while someone finally filled the ice machine. Sweet tea was actually unsweetened. When an employee was notified of this and asked if there was any sweet tea he said 'no'. After a minute he said "I guess I can make some," and proceeded to pour sugar into the "sweet tea" dispenser not knowing how much tea had already been removed. This resulted in some very sweet tea! The table had not been wiped clean and had a couple of hairs on it when we sat down. The seats were also covered with crumbs. Floors felt sticky. The burger and fries were actually pretty good, but the poor service made for a less than desirable experience. I don't think we'll be going back.

I hate leaving anything besides a 5 star review for The Habit but there's something that's bugging me. Ranch on the side used to be free. Or maybe I was never charged for it in the past, but that's beside the point. I was willing to pay the 60¢ for a side of ranch because they were putting it in a 3-4oz sauce cup and it was a good amount of sauce. Unfortunately today when i got my side of ranch it's tiny! Not sure if this is permanent (i hope not) but i'm not liking this change. i didn't even realize until i had already driven away that there was probably 1 ounce of ranch waiting for me. i don't want to compare the habit to other places, but i've never been charged this much for this little sauce anywhere else. extra canes sauces are 30¢ each for 2oz of handmade sauce. half of what i paid for this ranch! i love the food at the habit because a burger is cheaper than most fast food places besides in-n-out. the reason i choose the habit over in-n-out is because the fries are actually edible here plus the wait is shorter. i use fries as a vessel for ranch, so getting shorted on ranch isn't the best feeling.

Thank you for the question, if a seller is working on answering your bid, you cannot cancel it until their time is up and the bid is released back to you. The full amount of funds then go back into your AT account. Typically a seller has 48-72 hours to complete the bid.
