Beautiful place.
Been there a few times but recently l had a terrible experience. I had an issue with a server about her service and the way she was speaking to my wife. I spoke to a manager by the name of Steven. He was even worse. He was very argumentative but on t

I wanted to share some feedback from my visit to your establishment last night. I sat at the bar and ordered a glass of wine. I understand it was a busy night, and I appreciated the bartender's efforts in managing everything. However, when the
I went for the afternoon tea.
Although the service (my server's name was Victoria) was great and friendly, I don't recommend the experience given the food quality did not justify the price or match the ambiance. The desserts were too sweet and felt like they were made a
Our reservation was at 1215 yesterday.
I checked in once we got there at 1215 and every 10 minutes after and was told our table was being "wiped down". Once we were finally seated 30 minutes after our reservation (1245) it was at a table that we could see from the lobby that ha

Good Experience
I had lunch/brunch at the Mansion, and it was basically what I expected from visits many years ago. The food is, naturally, pricey, but certainly no more expensive than other restaurants in Dallas. The food was quite good, though I wouldn't say tha

Visited the Mansion Restaurant at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek sometime around 1997 for a pleasant lunch. At its conclusion, a thoughtful waitress took me on a mini tour of the ground floor. This time around I was shown an ornate ceiling next
Perfect. Amazing staff.
Was staying a week at the hotel and two evenings dined at the Mansion bar solo. Both experiences were perfect. The wait staff and food runners were personable and fantastic. I was there kind of late on both evenings alone, and they made for such a wo

It pains me to leave a bad review.
..but this review has been 3 years overdue and coming. My husband and I love this hotel....it is magical and special and we look forward to coming here when he is on business in Dallas. The hotel is fantastic....but here's the thing...Bryce, the bart
A wonderful brunch experience at a gorgeous hotel property
Brunch was lovely. The service was wonderful and the ambiance was fabulous. I set next to a fireplace since the weather didn’t cooperate and now need to come back for the bar scene on my next visit.
Fine dining.
.? The service is a little above average, but the food is absolutely basic. They try to dress it up with amuse-bouche and some cheap tricks... but anyone who has been to an actual fancy meal knows this food is painfully regular. I take no pleasure

We went there for the first time for my birthday dinner, the drinks and food was pretty good, we loved the interior and atmosphere, highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet romantic dinner!
Service was great and food was amazing! Highly recommend.
The ambiance was stunning however it was a bit dead quiet at time almost that weird quiet but if you're looking for that your set and honestly even if your not the food is worth it!
Everything was incredible.
Door was fantastic. Wine was great and the pairings were spot on. Will be back for sure.

If you like a tired property, poor service and lots of hookers, this is your place. Horrible experience. We'll never go back.
Went here to celebrate the New Year.
The food was excellent. I had the tasting menu items of the scallops and squash soup. My husband had the steak. It was nice and relaxing way to spend the afternoon. The employees were very friendly as well.
Underwhelming
If you like a tired property, horrible service and lots of hookers, this is your place. This was probably a nice place 30 years ago.
Took my daughter for her sixteenth birthday.
So freaking sad...lamb was two minutes under, bearnaise had too much shallot and skin had formed on top before we received it. Foie gras was good on my end but inedible on my daughters side!! Did they think she wouldn't notice. Lobster risotto was de
Not good
The restaurant is beautiful. So is the bar. The problem was the food or maybe just what I ordered- halibut. It was almost inedible. There was no flavor and it was mushy. The waiter never asked how our meals were after serving us nor when he was remov

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to The Mansion Restaurant Dallas at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the The Mansion Restaurant Dallas page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at The Mansion Restaurant Dallas to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, MaternalRecord73 receives the $200 reward which is credited to MaternalRecord73's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at The Mansion Restaurant Dallas!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
