Seems to be trying to pass itself off as a high quality, authentic sushi place but has inexperienced sushi chefs, low quality fish, and is somehow also pretentious (and overpriced). But i guess Colorado is landlocked so what can you expect?

Great selection of fish.
Service was top notch. Nice selection of sake but I felt they were a bit high on the sake prices. The 17 day dry aged tuna was great. There wasn't a single thing I didn't enjoy eating. Inside was nice enough.

Around 6 pm I visited Uchi Restaurant in Denver Colorado, while on a solo vacation. After dining, I was seated at a table and later asked to wait outside for a bar seat. I waited patiently for approximately 45 minutes before being accommodated. I was

Uchi Denver is slipping.
Separate five star rating for service; kitchen was very slow and the Wagyu beef and scallop were terribly overcooked. I've been eating at Uchi Austin and then Denver for many years and this is the first time I was very disappointed..

Terrible service we went there for the first time and they basically treated us like we've been there before, and they were irritated whenever we asked questions, so not recommend for first timers.
Best Sushi Restaurant I've ever been to.
Every dish i had was delicious, fresh and cooked just right. Seth and Kelly literally provided the best customer service I've ever had. I sat at the bar but the atmosphere was still great. I highly recommend this Restaurant and ask for Set
Best fish in the high country!
I was a little trepidatious about dropping big bucks on a dinner but this place did not disappoint. Service was great and every bite was incredible. Bone marrow, salmon belly sashimi and lobster miso were the big winners for us. If you're lookin

There's a lot of restaurants around this area but this is the best one by a long shot. High quality, fresh, well prepared, knowledgeable, delicious and the servers are so kind. I went here for a date night and was surprised by the quality of the en
Went to a Maki Roll lesson and tasting dinner.
Our first time at Uchi. On the positive side, it was fun learning to how to make one of their signature Maki Rolls, The tasting dinner was just mediocre. While it was enjoyable for the nice people that were also there, the food was disappointing.
Came here for a dinner.
We made reservation in advance. They have valet parking that you have to pay for, which is weird considering that you are dining in with them. Ambiance is pretty cool, modern and chic. They have indoor and outdoor dining options. Service was pretty

Yummmmmmmmmm!!!!!!! Best sushi in Colorado.
I have been there several times and always leave extremely satisfied.
Run to Uchi!
Uchi was wonderful, and Tiffany curated our ideal meal within our budget. Donโt skimp and let them organize one of the best meals of your life! The lobster, wagyu, nigiri, sashimi and fried milk dessert were highlights. Thank you Tiffany for an ama

Let me start by saying the food was amazing.
We ordered the Omakase and every dish was prepared to perfection and we thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. The cocktails were also delicious. But when you spend $400 for a meal before service, you expect good service. We ordered a 10 course Omakas

I was looking for an experience with all the hype Iโve read. Sadly, this is an average overpriced experience.
Delicious & fresh!
We are Austinites relocated to Colorado and this Uchi location is just like the original! We had an exceptional experience with Felix, he was awesome and recommending items and informing us about the menu. The quality of the food is so good & the
B grade at best
Nothing special but very pricey for poorly cut sashimi. Excuses as to why it was prepared differently. This might fly will novice sushi customers but B grade at best. Pretty disappointed with the entire experience. Will not recommend or return.
Holy mother of God.
I'm drooling writing this review...seriously. Uchi rocked my world. My expectations could not have been higher I was still blown away. BLOWN. AWAY. We started with the wagyu tartare which is arguably my new favorite dish of all time (hot take?). I lo

Definitely have to be cool to go here. Makes you feel like you're in LA or Miami when they make you wait for a table even though there's plenty available. Sauces are on nearly every dish so not a whole lotta fish flavor going on. The food was pretty
The food.
The service and the ambiance were awful. A very negative experience and of course, rude staff. They served us Foie Gras and I DONT RECOMMEND THIS. This is the worst dish on the menu. Ever since I dined here, I'll never come back.
For such a fine artsy dining experience.
Why did this place has such poor ventilation. Along with the wood interior and all the beef grilling. The wood would absorbed all that meaty smell. The foods were a hit or miss based on the contrasting ingredients. The Hama chili was a refreshing app

Pro tip: Make a reservation for happy hour.
The food is definitely worth the regular price, so my pro tip is mostly for y'all to try all the dishes possible. They truly are just smaller versions of the regular menu. What I truly love about this place is that it doesn't try to do sushi; it real

Connect with users posting reservations for Uchi Denver
AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with Uchi Denver. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Uchi Denver at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Uchi Denver page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Uchi Denver to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Uchi Denver!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
