I couldn't believe I would find a fruit fly on my food. When I informed the front desk restaurant, she just simply squashed the fly on my plate and asked if I wanted to change the fruit. Then, a second later, the Supervisor came and said sorry, its just a fly that got in the fruit, as if like it was no big deal! Are you kidding me? With this hotel's caliber and considering its a 5 * hotel, it's normal to have a flies? They write it off my bill since it's a right thing to do.
