I am usually pretty understanding when it comes to fast
I am usually pretty understanding when it comes to fast food restaurants and do not have high expectations, but my experience was beyond ridiculous. My young daughter and I pulled up to the drive thru a little before 9:00 on a Friday night. No one was in front of us. We ordered and pulled up to the window. We paid, got our drinks (which ended up being wrong), and proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes. We ordered three cheeseburgers and fries. There were at least 5 people working there. After 15 minutes, the cashier asked who was coordinating the orders because he couldn't take orders, take payment, and coordinate the orders. He wasn't paid to do three jobs he said. Every employee basically refused, so the cashier acknowledged that no one was getting food and decided to call out what he needed for the order. Meanwhile my daughter is sitting in the back asking why it was taking so long and said "don't they know we are hungry." Then proceeded to say very loud "mom can you tell them how hungry we are." Usually she is pretty patient, but she was right. We finally got our food at about 9:20. Once we got home we ate our soggy fries, cheeseburgers, and threw away our cokes, which were supposed to be diet cokes. I must have seen the employee make 3 baskets of fries while I was sitting in the line, so couldn't figure out why ours tasted like they had been sitting there for a while. And the mess up of the drinks I didn't understand because they even repeated back to me that the drinks were diet. I guess I am being generous with two stars because at least the food was correct regardless that the fries were soggy that was such a waste of $25 and I won't be back

My wife and I stopped at the Wendy's at 1830 US Highway 1 in St Augustine, FL this afternoon. At the time (3:40pm) there were only two vehicles in the drive through line and we were the only customers inside. We waited inside at the counter for 5 minutes where we were totally ignored by the staff. I'm not trying to sound racist but everyone working there was black and we are white. They continued to ignore us while talking to each other and walking back and forth behind the counter directly in front of us. One employee, he's easy to spot due to his ostentatious false eyelashes and sparkly mascara, squatted down behind the counter in front of us and began rearranging ketchup packets in a box. We did not complain at that time or say anything to anyone as we didn't want our burgers to get spit on or dropped on the floor before making their way on to our tray. We finally turned around and left at which point the male employee with the false eyelashes sarcastically said "good bye" as we walked towards the door. I am not now nor have I ever been a racist. I worked for the government for 40 years and always treated everyone with respect regardless of their race or sexual orientation. But this was ridiculous. Both my wife and I feel we were ignored because we are white - I am actually Hispanic. We have been Wendy's customers for decades, but based on what happened at this location we will no longer be giving any business to any Wendy's location.

I am truly not a fan of Wendy's in St Augustine, and personally, do not frequent the store. A co-worker asked me to pickup lunch for him yesterday, January 18, 2024. I was dreading going thru the drive up as it is usually a bungled up mess. Service is always lacking. That all changed yesterday. Jon, at this location in St Augustine Florida WOWED me. He apologized for my wait at the drive-thru, asked me if I could wait just a moment, and then came back and told me was almost ready to take my order. This all happened in less then a minute. He took the order and thanked me for waiting. Order was ready when I got to the window he asked me if I wanted ketchup. Again, he thanked me for the business. I told him he was an exceptional rep of Wendy's. Please make sure Jon is recognized. I may try Wendy's again if Jon is there. Thank you Jon. The service Jon provided is what all retail businesses are looking for. Jon seriously raised the bar at Wendy's, maybe Jon should be the model for Wendy's!!!! All of this with six cars ahead of me. Again, thank you Jon.

Not even luke warm. They must cook them in the morning and let them sit. This is the last time I go there

Could barely hear the order taker, and had to ask her to repeat herself. She seemed annoyed and then did not respond to my question about an item. I had to ask if she was still there and no answer. Once I said "hello," she mumbled something. I then politely told her that I could not hear her at all. Her response was downright rude and unacceptable. She told me she didn't feel well and she wasn't going to speak any louder." I drove off at that point. It's distrusting that someone who is sick, is working at a food establishment. And it's unprofessional to speak to customer like that, especially when they're just trying to place an order. This is not the first time I've had a terrible experience but it will be the last, as I will NOT be returning. Date of Incident : 11/15/23 around 2:30pm

Della is single handedly the meanest and worst employee I've ever encountered. Gave me and my girlfriend a crazy attitude when I simply ordered 10 nuggets "that's gonna b an extra 6 fuckim minutes". Nothing was stocked and it took 5 minutes to get someone to help us & he didn't even greet us he just looked at us and waited for me to ask him how he was doing and start ordering. Not friendly, not clean, all around gross... ps we were the only guests there trying to order. That should have been our first clue! FYI the employees smoke in the bathrooms!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
