Caesars Palace Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Emma at Check-in was 110% about making our stay Amazing
Wife and I are novice Las Vegas visitors. Landed in the wee hours of the morning and got to Caesars well before 8:00am, took a little while but they were able to find us a room to get into early. We now realize that when you ask that, you can sometimes, "Get what's available" which may not be what you were expecting. The room was definitely not what we were expecting. Went back down to Check-in and that's when Emma came to our rescue with a new room beyond our expectations and showed us why Caesars will be the only place for us. THANK YOU EMMA!!!
Caesars Palace Las Vegas is the place to stay!
Fabulous place to stay - beautiful surroundings, several clean, cool pools, great slots, terrific food, especially the buffet. When checking in, you want to find Jasiah. He was super friendly and helpful, with a great smile and personality!!
Amazing Service!
Tansela was absolutely wonderful with handling my check out process for our entrainment celebs. She was able to troubleshoot a few items on our final invoice seamlessly. She listened intensively to our concerns and addressed them expeditiously. She is a lovely person! Amazing customer service!
Incredible 1000 sq ft one bedroom suite at Caesar’s
Yenifer P checked us into a beautiful and 1000 sq ft suite to celebrate my birthday! It had floor to ceiling views in the living/dining and huge bedroom.. the bathroom had his/her master vanities separated by a walk through shower. She updated us on the restaurants in Caesar’s- so we went to Vandepump’s Cocktail Garden which was cool with delish apps.
Tramy and VIP team - 100 stars
Tramy and the VIP team were amazing. Seamless checkout and consistent help throughout our stay at the hotel. Will come back every time we are in Vegas. Caesars hotel is always beautiful and our villa was no exception. We felt like royalty in our suite!
Best Vegas experience yet
Checking in at the Seven Stars desk was smooth and hassle free. Service was top notch, Tramy and her team treated us like VIPs. The suite was amazing, very clean and comfortable. We had a view of the pool which was really cool and I highly recommend.
Will return soon!
Cesar’s was a great destination for our friends trip to the Sphere. The VIP service from the Seven Stars team was top notch, even when I asked for a late check out the night before we had to leave. The pool was great and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Will come back again and again!
Caesars VIP experience is a cut above the rest
Caesars always impresses. Caesars Palace stands alone on the strip for its service levels. I am regularly staying there and the VIP operations team in particular is always highly available and helpful. Their butler service is incredibly convenient and they are always helpful with a smile. The property itself is beautiful and the new restaurants they have added are a game changer. Even with the incredibly hot weather, we had an incredible weekend staying there.
Amazing “us time getaway”
Went to celebrate my retirement after 33 years and my birthday. My wife and I had an amazing time. We love our children however it was a very much needed “us time” break and it was truly amazing and recharging. I highly recommend staying in the Augustus tower with a strip view as I sat and watched the fountain show from my window and it was brilliant. I can’t wait till September to come back for my wife’s birthday.
Great weekend getaway.
I have always had a great stay at Caesar’s Pablo at the front desk was great helped us get a great room. The pool staff was awesome very attentive and friendly and the cigar bar was very nice for a late night smoke and whiskey. A good selection of cigars, whiskey and scotch.
Favorite hotel!
Caesars Palace is one of my favorite hotels in Vegas. I love its central location, the pools, and the resort aesthetics. Moses at the front desk was amazing and helped me find the best room since my trip was an overdue birthday trip for me and I was very happy! Peter Luger steakhouse is my favorite restaurant in the hotel - delicious food and fantastic service, and of course you can't go wrong with Bacchanal buffet!
Just okay
I attended for a work conference. However, there are a few things that I was not satisfied with. My spouse accompanied me and one day he rented a cabana, obtained an alcoholic beverage and left to get something from our room with his drink. When he returned, he was not allowed to enter the pool area where the beer was purchased to begin with. So, instead of wasting it, he had to quickly drink it. By the way, the pool closes at 7pm and you are not allowed to walk around once it's closed. Secondly, we asked for room service every day. The cleaning staff did not comply. There are no wine glasses or just regularly glasses in the rooms, so if you get a drink from the bar bring it back so, you are not using plastic. Also, the rooms are not equipped with cotton or Q-Tips. And there is no need to bring left over food unless you want to pay $75.00 for use of the mini fridge. Also be sure to get bottled water as the bottles in the room are $20.00. The highlight of our visit was the food. Everything we tried was excellent. However, Vegas is very expensive so, plan to spend money!
We stayed in the Augustus Tower with a fountain view and
We stayed in the Augustus Tower with a fountain view and rented a cabana at Jupiter pool. We enjoyed our stay immensely and all staff we interacted with was friendly. We would highly recommend and will likely be back in the future.
Just OK
Our main reason for this visit was to support family. The check in made the stay feel promising but that was it. The room was not worth the nightly charge, even at a discounted rate. Lamps didn’t work, knobs on drawers were missing, the AC did not cool the entire room, the TV reception was inadequate, and no cell phone service in the room unless you connected to their WiFi. Some of the staff were nice and others gave no interaction. The restaurant staff were just there and did their jobs but nothing extra. Caesar Palace Vegas is not for us and we will not stay there again.
Big mistake choosing this hotel.
Due to a 7H delayed flight, I could not appear on the first day of the ALREADY PAID reservation and Caesars Palace simply canceled that reservation, I repeat, it had already been paid and logically they did not return any money to me. When I showed up the next day, the receptionist's treatment was terrible, making it clear that the mistake had been mine and that he, as a favor, was going to activate my room again but only after a certain time, which I still didn't know, making me come back. 3 more times to check if I already had a room available, which was only the case at 11AM (After 24H of travel...). Not happy with that, the first key they gave me simply didn't open, so again 35 minutes of waiting in line to ask for a new key. The stay there was normal, like in any other casino hotel, the beds are very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The problem comes when leaving, they tell us that checkout is automatic at 11AM the day we leave, and the surprise is when we see the credit card that has a charge of 400 euros, for 8 bottles of water (I only consumed 3 bottles of the entire minibar, no 8), a restocking of $80 that I still don't know what it means, another charge of $2 that I don't know why it is and then $54 per day in fees, as I see for using the internet.. Come on, don't go to this hotel and if you go, give a credit card that you can block because they are going to charge you everything they can and more.
Manager Chelsea went above and beyond upgrading our rooms
The manager Chelsea at the front desk saved the kickoff of my trip. I had a huge family trip and she stepped up immediately to resolve some of the concerns I had and helped to resolve a room issue. She is the best and made a big difference. I was highly concerned before meeting with her but her customer service turned everything around
Great experience from Delano, the clerk that checked us in.
Had a great stay thanks Delamo who handled our checkin. Our flight was cancelled so we missed staying an entire night but we had to pay anyway. But, Delano fixed us up with a great room. Had a wonderful stay a nice room, comfy red, and great view. Thank Delamo. Sandy and Jeff
Excellent hotel with great shops
I didn't stay, but I ended up getting to know it, as I went to the NFL and Nike stores located in this hotel to buy uniforms for the American football and basketball teams. Large hotel, with a wide variety of shops of all types and food courts.
Good customer service
My check in did not go as I'd expected. Julio at the guest services made it right for me though, and gave me a very nice room. I do agree with other comments on amenity prices being very steep, but don't thing Ceasers is much different than others on the strip.
Stellar stay!!
I recently stayed at Caesar’s Palace, and the hotel was pretty nice but the customer service was exceptional. Tela at the VIP desk made my trip amazing! She was super friendly and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. If you’re staying there, definitely ask for Tela – she’s the best!
SUPER STAR FRONT DESK AGENT
I must admit, Tela at the vip front desk set the tone for my trip in a great way. Her gracious hospitality towards me upon check in made me feel like I was home away from home. Fantastic service from beggining to end. She was super accommodating, and made the process quick and incredibly easy. I knew I was in good hands from there on out .
I won within 30 minutes of stepping foot into this casino
I won within 30 minutes of stepping foot into this casino and it made the rest of our trip that much more enjoyable. That's all I have to say about that. Enjoy the pretty pictures I took after my hand pay.
A iconic hotel that everyone should experience buttttttt, 1
A iconic hotel that everyone should experience buttttttt, 1 hr 20 minutes to check in. The place is enormous. If you have difficulty walking long distances you will not like. Food whether sit down or ordering remotely is wayyyyyy expensive.
They charge for parking, but making sure that the machines
They charge for parking, but making sure that the machines work is apparently too much to ask for... especially when the Event Parking is $35... oh, and when I try to scan my ID, since I am a local, it always says "unreadable" so after scanning it like 5+ times, I get fed up and just pay, but even that takes 3+ attempts before it finally accepts it...
I'm a Vegas local, I've been coming to Caesars for years!
I'm a Vegas local, I've been coming to Caesars for years! The valet has a scam going, they pressure you to pay for valet is cash. They won't enter your valet ticket number into their system until you return and they still ask for cash only. They get pissed if you decide to pay with a credit card. Our valet this morning was not nice and even slammed our door. To be clear valet at this resort cost $50 per day, I should not be treated like crap just because I won't pay you in CASH!!!!
I wouldn't stay here again if it was the only place left on
I wouldn't stay here again if it was the only place left on the strip. The AC didn't work in our room. We had to fight with the hotel staff all day to get someone to come look at it. Then, the manager actually asked us if we turned down the thermostat. It was 1 a.m. before they finally found another room to put us in. Not a pleasant travel experience.
When we checked in was an hour wait time.
Got to our room they had a aire master running in our room because of some horrendous smell. Called front desk to change rooms. They said they will send someone up to check the room. Waited three hours no one showed up to our room. We just checked into another hotel.
While the room itself left much to be desired, staying at
While the room itself left much to be desired, staying at the iconic Ceasars Palace was ultimately worth it. Dominique Ansel bakery was a highlight, the Cronut is worthy of the hype. The pool was also a good time, with prompt drink service and massages on offer. Swim up blackjack is cool if that's your thing. Ultimately, I just felt the place was running like a well oiled machine. This includes the spa as well. For the price it made sense to me, would stay again.
They moved tournament registration from the cashier cage to
They moved tournament registration from the cashier cage to an almost indiscernible location in the Sports Book. It's not very accessible for the handicapped. There is no maneuverability for anyone on a scooter. Many architectural obstacles and narrow passages
1 star to Olaf the parking manager.
Worst service ever. I called in about people fighting in the parking lot and he said "well I'm not on site so I can't do anything anyway". After me continuing to call & inform them of the fighting & that as we were exiting the parking garage, we were stuck on the 3rd floor for over 45 minutes because the line wasn't moving. Everyone was honking, getting out of cars & getting upset with other cars that kept cutting them in line. But again Olaf said he isn't on site and can't do anything anyways. (With attitude). But based off the cameras he was looking at, everything was fine he said. But it wasn't on the 3rd floor. I had to ask him if there is security or someone on site to help. After a while, I got the number for security & called them myself. Instead, he should have said "let me dispatch security" but he didn't. Worst service.
Terrible Check-In
This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. Got to the hotel at 11pm due to flight delays. Proceeded to stand in check in line for 4 hours. The hotel staff would not give any of the 40 plus people standing in line waiting any updates. If we tried to ask, they would tell us they are only talking to the current person they are working with. At times all the hotel staff would disappear for 15 to 30 minutes leaving even the current guest they were helping in limbo. Many of us tried to call other hotels to get a reservation but it was too late in the evening by that time for other hotels. Finally at 3am a half dozen hotel staff came out and starting 'checking us in' but it wasn't a check in. They were getting our info and packing us into a shuttle to take us to The Orleans hotel (old Vegas/Old hotel). 40+ of us to an old hotel 20 minutes away. I was there for a conference. Missed the keynote speaker the next day. They finally get me a room the next morning but when I open the door, guest were already in the room. I wanted in other people. I could not believe it. Finally they get me in at 1pm. Still charge me for that night (no comp). So, I'm at the hotel for 2 night. 1 1/2 days are a complete wreck. The next evening I'm getting ready to go to dinner with clients. The hotel knocks on the door to give me a stupid fruit basket and water which I do not need because I'm going to dinner now and leaving on a flight at 6am the next morning. I also get a letter from some VP saying 'oh, sorry, not what we like to have happen. Feel free to come back some day to the place that treated you badly and we'll comp you 3 free nights and this is the big bonus, they will also forgo the resort fee. But still charged me for the night they did finally put me in a room. Read other reviews. Apparently check in there can be bad. Mine was a nightmare.
Fantastic!
Clean and luxurious room. Wonderful staff. Beautiful facility in a great location! The casino has all our favorite machines and they all worked perfectly. Drinks were readily available. Everyone was polite and helpful. Completely positive experience all around!
Worst check in ever
Probably one of the worst hotel experiences in Vegas in 30+ years of going there. We were checking in late at 3 AM. There was one person working the desk and a manager that would periodically look out. It took over one hour to get a room. Never again.
Caesers Palace
We stayed here for 2 nights and managed to get an upgrade for a reasonable amount. The room / suite was really nice and spacious. The mini bar.....was well over priced so did not use this...$13 for a bottle of water. Pool was excellent and all onsite amenities were superb. Also attended Omnia night club and this was an excellent night too. I would return
Best Check-In Experience!
Kiana checked us into our room at Caesars Palace. Please hire more like Kiana. Kiana is as absolutely inviting and kind and informative. Kiana helped us with our checkin and provided the best start we could ask for. We are content creators and travel all around Vegas and more. We try and avoid kiosks because we want real people to keep their jobs. It was our pleasure to wait in line and worth it because of Kiana.
Phenomenal
Pillows are great, loved the spa, and the proximity to the Linq promenade was the cherry on top. A very talented Bartenders at Americano didn't care if it wasn't on the menu if you wanted it he'd mix it up, and no matter what I ordered he impressed
et tu brute
Carsars Palace the Icon of the strip was for many decades the hotel we aspired to sample. Enjoyed our stay but feel it has been surpassed by many other hotels now. Very expensive and never a yard or two from the slots, it was impossible to escape that “casino” vibe and with $50 a room per night resort fee that never provided the promised and charged for Wifi whilst attempting to charge a mysterious $70 mini bar on check out left a little sour taste. (Daughter in Venetian checked out today had similar $300 bill, so beware this might be a Vegas Scan). Their Bacchanal buffet restaurant (pictured) at $75pp was unbelievable value and a true worldwide culinary experience. Didn’t visit the resorts Omnia Club but the long lines outside suggested it was definitely a clubbers must. Not wanting to be the one to stab Caesar in the back but always like to say it as I see it. Nostalgia gets it a NVT 7/10 rating.
Terrible All Around
Where to begin? If you stay at Caesar’s Palace you can expect ZERO customer service, dirty rooms and ridiculous charges. This was our second and last stay at Caesar’s Palace. The first was in December of 2023. At the time, we were not rewards members, but our accompanying friend is so she booked a room for us. During our December stay, I earned enough points for Platinum Reward status so, despite being unimpressed in December, we decided to give it another shot. Terrible mistake! Prior to arrival, we received a link for express check-in. No, it is not a dedicated check-in line with actual customer service; it is a computerized kiosk system. Nonetheless, we used it due to the fact that the actual check-in line was extremely long, and we were already running late for our planned activity due to a plane delay. Upon arriving in our room, we realized it was not what we had booked. It had two queens, not one king. We called to the front desk to explain the issue, and without any sort of apology or customer service-like comments, we were told we had booked a queen room. No, we did not. I was looking at our reservation confirmation, and it clearly stated having booked a king room. We were told we would have to go back downstairs and stand in the front desk line to remedy the issue. Ugh! We did not have time to do so, so we opted to stay in the wrong room. (On a side note, during our December stay, our friend also received the wrong room type, and the issue was unable to be remedied. Apparently, Caesar’s doesn’t know how to honor reservations.) The room itself was gross and run-down. There were fresh soil marks and stains on the bed skirts, something was running down the bathroom wall next to the toilet, the hard floors were spotted with uncleaned spills, the shower had a musty smell, the shower head had low pressure, one sink wouldn’t drain properly, the cabinetry was scuffed, there were mismatched drawer pulls… just unacceptable! At one point, we moved the sofa and found old French fries, food crumbs and wine bottle caps underneath it. Amenities were lacking. You get shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and a bar of soap- but no soap dish so we used a drinking glass. None of the consumable products are free- not even a couple of complimentary waters or even coffee. In the casino, the bathrooms downstairs smell like raw sewage. Don't ask the security guards for directions- they seemingly hate their jobs. After completing our planned activity, we visited the Rewards Desk so our reward money could be loaded onto our playing cards. The lady at the desk looked up my account and said I had no reward money. I then showed her my email from my concierge, which stated I did have rewards to be redeemed so she looked again and found it. No apologies, no nothing- just doing her job- sort of. Prior to check-out, we viewed our bill and discovered multiple mini-bar charges for things we did not consume. Again, the line at the front desk was extremely long, and we had a plane to catch so I called from the airport. Again, no apologies, no anything. Everything was our fault because we touched, but did not consume, things in the mini bar. We were told that even if the charges were removed, we would still be charged a $75 re-stocking fee, and we were ($85 with taxes). We have no idea what exactly needed to be “re-stocked” since everything was still stocked. We tried to remedy the situation through our concierge, but to no avail. About the concierge. As I mentioned, we became rewards members during our December stay. We were not contacted by our personal concierge until AFTER we had booked our stay for April. Again, no customer service. Overall, the entire Caesar’s operation is terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
Overall the room was excellent, as was our stay.
We stayed in Caesars Palace for 9 nights in May 2024. Overall our experience was great, issues with the Colosseum tower elevators breaking was the only negative really. As we had booked with some family members we had messaged ahead of our visit to request adjoining rooms, though were told this could be arranged at check-in and not in advance. Upon arrival we discussed with reception and managed to secure adjoining rooms with an upgrade to a suite, which provided us all with more space and 'communal area' for a reasonable cost. We were told this the rooms were newly renovated and it was clear when we entered that this was the case. The room was immaculate and very well appointed, with views out over the back of the hotel towards the Rio and Palms. As above, the only negative was the elevator on the right side was broken for most of our stay which limited a large number of rooms to the use of 2 elevators (as one of the three was for penthouse only use). This was largely OK, though was chaotic during busy periods - at one point a security colleague escorted groups (ourselves amongst them) to the service elevators to clear a queue which had formed due to another elevator breaking leaving one to service the full tower. Overall the room was excellent, as was our stay. If you're only visiting Vegas once, as some members of our party were, I'd certainly recommend a stay in the iconic Caesars Palace!
Quick weekend getaway
Had a great time as always. Room was clean and nice and big. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Arrived early Sunday and at the front desk Tangela made it not a problem to do early check in and was also helpful when k needed help from the front desk throughout my stay
We did not stay at this hotel.
Just browsed. However my wife and friends did hit up the nightclub here the night before and paid $61 for a drink... Probably because it came in a souvenir cup. It's a cool sight to see here. Plenty of shops and a decent amount of places to eat in the food court. Of course -- Everything is expensive as heck but it's worth checking out.
Have stayed here a couple times.
Most recent stay was great. Check in took a bit longer than ideal even with a shorter line, but the gentleman that checked us in gave us a free upgrade to a larger suite out of nowhere so can't complain. The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure for the shower was incredible. The jets in the tub were great. The blackout curtains allowed no light in and the beds/pillows were very comfortable- slept great. Customer service from all staff was top notch - friendly, approachable and personable. Would definitely come back to stay here again.
We are seven star members in our early 70s.
Been going to casinos for 45 years. We stayed at Caesars May 6,7,8. A lovely time until 8-9 pm the last night. We were at the Alto Bar playing video poker minding our own business quietly. Along comes this drunk woman who for some reason pointed me out to call me names that I dont think I can write on this venue. I didnt say a word to her.We decided to ignore her but she continued and approached me. My husband then stood up and she came at him spitting on the ground and yelling for him to sit down amongst other vulgarities. It went on for at leas ten minutes with my husband never raising his voice. Finally my husband asked the bartenders to do something. They said we will call security. Took awhile but security came.We immediately left so i dont know what they did with the woman.I have contacted the bars manager. They verified the problem on camera but say since it was customer to customer there is nothing they can do. I have a heart condition.Beleive me it was racing and my husband was quite shaken. It ruined our vacation. I feel someone shood reach out to us. It might be our last rip to Caesars. Too bad that this has to happen.
Stayed at Caesars Palace in their newer tower as those are
Stayed at Caesars Palace in their newer tower as those are the more higher quality rooms and it was quite a pleasant stay while going to see U2 perform at the Sphere! The hotel room was nice and spacious and their restaurants were quite excellent! Its proximity to the Bellagio, the Strip, the Forum shops, the Sphere, and the Venetian were very advantageous
My original intent with this review was to offer two, maybe
My original intent with this review was to offer two, maybe three stars, for the following reasons: First, Caesar's Palace now charges $50.00 for valet service--that's outrageous! Since Eldorado Resorts purchased Caesar's Entertainment four years ago, quality and service have dramatically suffered, and prices have skyrocketed. Fifty dollars for valet service is more than any other hotel in Las Vegas. And Caesar's Palace is no longer a four-star hotel since the takeover. Tom Reeg, CEO of Eldorado Resorts (now renamed Caesars Entertainment), apparently wants to make the 17.6 billion dollars he overpaid with nickels and dimes from valet services, lack of maintenance, and a poorly trained workforce. Second, the rooms are tattered and unclean--at least ours was. And that is representative of the entire Caesar's Entertainment chain. One of the bathroom mirror lights wasn't working correctly (it flickered on and off, mostly off). One of the beds was torn and in disrepair, not to mention uncomfortable to sleep on. One of the two water faucets dripped, and we had to place a towel in the basin to dampen the sound. All that said, it was a comp, and I couldn't very well offer less than two or three stars for a free room, right? However, when I picked up my $100K car from valet, it was not only damaged with a severely curbed wheel, but there were water spots from the rear passenger corner to the front door. When I saw this, I complained to the valet woman, and she said she would clean the car immediately. However, she appeared to have cleaned the spots with a harsh rag and an unknown liquid, causing a few surface scratches and swirls in the paint. I then had to wait for the valet manager and a security guard to make a report, causing me to miss an important meeting. The security guard gave me a report number (my driver's license), which was unprofessional, and told me to call Risk Management. I won't get into that with so much detail, but I called eight times for "Javier," but the mailbox was full and unable to accept messages every time. When I finally spoke with him today, he stonewalled me and refused to give me a declination letter, as is my legal right. He would only say I should contact my insurance carrier, which is nonsense since my deductible would cover the damage. Nickels, dimes, and pennies, as I said above. Mark my words; this incarnation of Caesar's Entertainment is going under sooner rather than later. The above is bad enough, but here's the coup de grâce. The very evening I got home, I awoke at about 0230 hours because of [what felt like] a bug biting me. I went to the bathroom, looked in the mirror, and pulled what I thought was something stuck under my mustache. I flicked it away and returned to bed. When I awoke hours later, there was blood all over my bed. I ran to the bathroom, and after some surgical digging and a pair of fine tweezers, I pulled the left-over head of the tick I didn't get in the middle of the night. How utterly disgusting and deplorable. Caesar's Entertainment now wants me to prove that they did the damage to my car. Believe it or not, that is doable, but this is how they now operate. As I sign off here, I'll bet anyone dimes to dollars that the valet charges go up by another $10 bucks within the year. Worse yet, Javier becomes vice president of Risk Management [chuckle, sneer, and gag]. Please take a good look at all my attachments.
One star is even too much.
First, we booked a room with a view. We got scammed with misleading advertisement. Second , the room was dirty, we wasn't able to use the fridge to have cold water during our stay because it was full of stuff with sensors. The bad pillow smell like private part. The phone isn't working, i had to call front desk with my cell phone. Later my husband wash his hands and the sink was clogged, the water is not draining and the other side dirty water was coming out. Worst experience. Please do not book with this hotel. They accommodate another room, i wasn't able to sleep after all that.. during our stay for 3 days me and my husband skin started to itch really bad, I feel they might not change the bedding when they have a new guests. Overall the worst experience ...
We stayed at Caesars Palace for the weekend last week of
We stayed at Caesars Palace for the weekend last week of April. This was our first time staying in Augustus Tower on the 36th floor. The last time we stayed at Caesars Palace was several years ago. We enjoyed the city view from our room as well as partial view of the Garden of the Gods Pool. We checked in Friday night and Jazmine the front desk clerk that helped us was excellent. Thank you Jazmine. Everyone we came across from front desk to security and housekeeping was excellent. The rooms were spacious but need some updating. There's a couch in our room with a huge stain so we didn't use the couch. When we came into the room there were only 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face cloth, 1 bath mat and toiletries for one person and one use. I contacted housekeeping via the app to request for 2 extra towels and 2 extra toiletries. There are 4 of us in the room (we informed them at check in there will be 4 people in the room). We left the room to eat and when we came back housekeeping already delivered the requested items and placed them on the desk. Our room had a Keurig machine however there were plenty of things lacking in our room. There were no cups, no pods, no coffee, no ice bucket, no sugar, no creamer, no napkins and no stir. We also didn't have a box of Kleenex. Usually when we check in other hotels there's 2 boxes of Kleenex (one in the room and one in the bathroom sink). There was also no hair dryer. The room lacked necessities that most hotels have. There's a fridge however we didn't use it as there are items stored that require you to purchase items. There was no microwave in the room which we already anticipated since most Las Vegas hotels, the rooms don't usually have microwaves. There are plenty of good eateries inside Caesars Palace and they also have a good selection in what they call the Food Hall. We also enjoyed shopping at the Forum Shops. The best experience for us while staying at Caesars Palace is swimming at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis. We were there right when they opened at 9am. We're still thinking about if we will stay here again in a couple of months. One of the things that we didn't like about staying here is the distance from the parking garage to the front lobby. It's not a short distance of a walk. Also the lack of necessities in the room. Other than that the customer service provided was good.
They don't change their sheets.
We stayed four nights there and I'm glad I caught this even before lying down. Don't you know that this is a health hazzard?! Looks like a body fluid of someone. Will Caesar be responsible of clients getting sick before of their refusal to change sheets?!
We love staying at Caesar's.
Yes, it is big and sprawling and can be difficult to navigate. That is the only negative. The food choices are wonderful, service is great. Check in/out is quick and easy. We stayed in the newly renovated Palace Tower because of the bathtub. On vaca, I demand a good tub and this one did not disappoint! The room was beautiful and we had a great view of the pool. Caesar's location is the best part art of staying there. Easy access to all of the great attractions. I rented a pool bed for a day and it was worth every penny. My friend and I were taken good care of by the server the entire day. We are middle-aged mommas and I did not feel uncomfortable by the pool at all. Some pools in Vegas feel like they are only for the young and beautiful...this one is very comfortable.
Thank you Brian R!
This is our first time in Vegas, and when we arrived after a long travel day to check it, Brian R. at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. We’re here for the week and he helped make sure we started our vacation feeling like we picked the right hotel.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!
Worked flawlessly!
Worked so well! I was a bit nervous, but everything went very smoothly. purchased the reservation, and got into the restaurant seamlessly.
Love this app!
So glad I came across this app :)
Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal
So easy and had a prime time which I can never seem to get on normal res apps. So worth it
Got impossible NYC res
instead of waiting weeks I got my 4 charles reservation instantly
Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
